Lawrence Loftus

Lawrence Loftus is an experienced operations manager currently leading a team of 40 employees at Integer Holdings Corporation since September 2019, focusing on enhancing organizational productivity through staff development and training. Previously, Lawrence served as an insurance agent at Mutual of Omaha, where strategic partnerships were established to address clients' investment and insurance needs. Prior to that, Lawrence held multiple roles at UPS, including operations manager and health and safety process supervisor, managing thousands of employees while implementing safety regulations and performance tracking systems. Lawrence's early experience as a finisher/foreman at Besco involved managing crew members and overseeing material processes. Academically, Lawrence holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from American InterContinental University, along with an Associate's degree in Calibration from Ridgewater College.
