Pauline Oakes

Pauline Oakes has over 20 years of work experience in various operations and management roles. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Operations EMEA/APAC at Integer Holdings Corporation, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Director of Operations at the same company from March 2019 to September 2023. Before joining Integer Holdings Corporation, Pauline worked at Clearstream Technologies, a subsidiary of C.R. Bard, where they held multiple roles including Director of Operations, Operations Director, Supply Chain Director, Supply Chain Manager (incl IT), and IT Manager from 2000 to 2011. Pauline also served as the Director of Operations at BD Enniscorthy for a year, where they led a team of 450 people in manufacturing medical devices. Earlier in their career, Pauline worked as an IT Manager and Network Administrator at Angiodynamics Ltd, and as an Analyst/Programmer at Speed-IT Ltd.

Pauline Oakes obtained a BA 1st Class Honours degree in Economics Computers from University College Cork, where they studied from 1990 to 1993.
