Job description

Salary: Php 50,000 to 75,000
Work Setup: Onsite onboarding will be followed by a work-from-home setup
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Eastern Timezone)
Location: Eastwood City Cyberpark Eastwood Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines, 1110

Position Overview:

The position entails working directly with the principal of the firm on high end residential (and minor commercial) drafting experience. The client specializes in large residential structures primarily in the Charleston, SC area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Experience with design software, AutoCAD / Revit
  • Project management experience
  • Working knowledge of compliance, zoning, and building legislation
  • Ensure that each completed project meets local codes, regulations, and quality standards
  • Analyze project goals and perform structural calculations
  • Review shop drawings and provide feedback to colleagues
  • Strong technical background in structural design
  • Deep knowledge of construction materials and methodologies
  • Highly collaborative spirit and experience working in a team
  • Problem-solving skills to quickly address issues that arise on-site and keep projects on track

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably licensed)
  • Atleast 7 years of experience as a Civil Engineer
  • Familiar with AutoCAD and Revit software
  • Handled a US based client is a plus.
  • Amenable to work in Eastwood, Libis Quezon City during onboarding period.
