Donna Antonio

Donna Antonio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and customer support. Currently serving as a Solution Lead at Intelex Technologies ULC since March 2013, Donna has held multiple roles within the company, including Senior Technical Consultant, Technical Customer Success Manager, Partner Success Manager, and Application Support Analyst. Prior to joining Intelex, Donna worked at CaseWare International Inc. as an SDK Developer Support from February 2007 to March 2013, and also gained early experience at Durham Contact Centre as a Bell ExpressVu Technical Support Representative. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Mindanao State University, obtained from 2002 to 2006.
