Joe Henderson has over 17 years of experience in customer success and client relations. Currently serving as Principal Customer Success Manager at Intelex Technologies ULC since December 2016, Joe focuses on understanding client businesses, ensuring optimal use of Intelex solutions, and adding significant value to clients while engaging with key decision makers. Prior to this role, Joe worked at AlertDriving from June 2006 to November 2016 as Client Relations Manager, where responsibilities included ensuring client satisfaction, making program recommendations, and addressing day-to-day client needs.
