Hugo B. Da S. has a diverse range of work experience in the tech industry. Hugo began their career as an intern at Datasat Telecomunicações Ltda, where they provided support for fixed telephony calls. Hugo then worked at Intelig Telecom as an Analyst, monitoring and providing technical support for telephony calls. After that, they joined ATI Brasil Inc as a Junior Support Analyst, where they supported voice mail and SMS platforms for major Brazilian telecommunications companies. Following this, Hugo joined Optiva Inc. as a Senior Support Analyst, specializing in real-time tariff systems and VAS products. Hugo then worked at M4U as a Senior Operations Analyst, handling incidents and providing support for high-performance applications. Currently, they are working at INTELIE by Viasat as a Senior Manager Global Support, leading a team of Support Engineers and providing exceptional customer service.
