Sudha Gopalakrishnan

With an experience of over 28 years in the industry, Sudha Gopalakrishnan – Executive Vice President and Global Quality Head at Intellect Design Arena spearheads the quality and process improvement initiatives of the organization spanning conceptualization, strategy for implementation, training and deployment and institutionalization. Sudha joined Polaris in 2002 and has grown with the organization managing diverse functions such as Methods and Tools, Governance and Compliance,Customer Satisfaction, Corporate Security as well as Corporate Initiatives. She provides strategic insights to the executive leadership towards achieving organizational execution excellence. Her expertise in software process management and process improvements, project / program management andgovernance models, quality assurance and implementation of CMMI has enabled to define the process improvement roadmap for the organization. She has architected Intellect’s Delivery Excellence program D-3 OTIF, a customer centric delivery model focused on implementation certainity. Sudha ispassionate about Learning and Development and is a key faculty member of Intellect’s School of Design Thinking. She has presented papers at international forums such as Global SEPG conference and has been part of the International Standards definition group of ISO representing India.
