Kathleen Shea

Kathleen Shea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative support, primarily in the biotechnology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO at Intellia Therapeutics since August 2020, Kathleen has previously held various roles at Biogen from April 2007 to August 2020, including Special Assistant to the Corporate Secretary and multiple Executive Assistant positions. Prior to Biogen, Kathleen worked as an Office Manager at Harding Design and Construction and Nitsch Engineering, and as an Executive Assistant at MediaOne (now Comcast) from 1991 to 1998. Kathleen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Curry College, along with an Associate's degree in the same field from Massasoit Community College, and a Paralegal Certificate from Curry College.
