Oleksii Vashchenko has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the IT industry. Oleksii started their career at Raiffeisen Bank Aval in 2006 as a DBA and later moved on to roles such as Head of DB Implementation Team and Project Manager. Oleksii then joined Luxoft in 2015 as a Senior Program/Delivery Manager, where they worked until 2018. Currently, they are working at Intellias since 2018, where they have held positions such as Senior Delivery Manager, Head of Center of Excellence, and Delivery Director. In their roles at Intellias, Oleksii has been responsible for leading projects, pre-sale activities, and improving internal processes and external delivery services. Oleksii has experience in various domains including financial services, FinTech/InsurTech, and cloud platforms. Oleksii holds certifications in project management (PMP) and scrum (PSM).

Oleksii Vashchenko obtained a Specialist's Degree in Audit and Accounting from Kyiv National Economics University in the years 2006-2008. Prior to that, they also received a Specialist's Degree in Information Technologies from Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding between 1999 and 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Oleksii Vashchenko obtained the PSM 1 certification from Scrum.org in 2016 and the PMI PMP certification from Project Management Institute in 2014.
