Blessing Mahloko's work experience includes serving as a Financial Consultant at Intelligent Debt Management since December 2022. In this role, they consult with clients on debt counselling and debt management, analyze financial circumstances, provide solutions and advice on financial problems, and assist with managing monthly budgets. Prior to this, they worked as a Financial Assessor at the same company from August 2022 to December 2022.

Before joining Intelligent Debt Management, Blessing Mahloko participated in a Learnership Program at Aubrey Nyiko B/E and Emfuleni Local Municipality from August 2020 to July 2021.

Furthermore, they also worked as an Assistant Facilitator at Father A Nation - NOEXCUSE from July 2018 to January 2020.

Blessing Mahloko's education history begins in 2015 when they attended ETDP SETA, where they pursued a degree in Further Education and Training in Archives and Records Management. They completed this program in 2016.

After that, from 2016 to 2021, Blessing attended North-West University/Noordwes-Universiteit, where they obtained a degree in BCom Financial Accounting. The field of study for this degree was accounting and business/management.

In 2021, Blessing enrolled in Red & Yellow Creative School of Business, where they pursued a BCom in Marketing. The degree program took place from 2021 to 2023, focusing on marketing.

Lastly, in 2023, Blessing briefly attended the University of Cape Town to complete a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Taxation with a specialization in taxation.
