Saul Allardice has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Saul started their career at Discovery Limited in 1995 as the Head of Customer Service and later moved on to various roles including Operations Manager, Service Executive, and Head HealthyCompany. From 2016 to 2016, they served as a Senior Fund Manager, responsible for regulatory, governance, operational, and servicing needs for one of the largest and well-run Medical Schemes in the country. Currently, Saul is the Chief Commercial Officer at Intelligent Debt Management, focusing on diversifying and growing revenues with a particular emphasis on financial services, fintech, and insurance products and services.
Saul Allardice has an extensive education history. Saul obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, with a major in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, from the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 1989 to 1991. Saul then pursued further education and received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1992. During this time, they focused on Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town, specializing in Business Administration and Management. This program was completed between 1999 and 2000. Lastly, Saul completed another Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program, this time at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, in 2001. This program also focused on Business Administration and Management, providing Saul with a comprehensive education in the field.

BondBusters was South Africa's first debt consolidation/re-mortgaging specialist.In February 2013, IDM launched a new division, Consumer Debt Help (CDH) to help the growing number of South African consumers that could not afford existing debt counselling services.
