Jessica Cadden has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Jessica began their career as a Marketing Manager at Pearson Education's Prentice Hall Division from April 2001 to June 2006. Jessica then worked as an Executive Assistant at Offit Capital Advisors from December 2006 to March 2008. Following that, they joined Intelligent Merchandising, a Revenue Creations Company, in May 2009 as an Associate Program Manager, where they handled various office management responsibilities, built and managed a team of merchandisers, and handled HR duties. In June 2012, Jessica was promoted to Director - Account Management within the same company, and they helped the division grow by generating additional retail sales. Lastly, they held the position of Vice President, Merchandising Operations at Intelligent Merchandising from January 2016 onwards.

Jessica Cadden received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Marist College, where they attended from 1999 to 2003. During their time at Marist College, they studied Marketing. Additionally, in the years 2000 to 2001, Jessica pursued an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Berkeley College-New York.
