Mihaela Tirdea has a diverse work experience. Mihaela started their career in 2012 as a Computer and Networks Operator at SC Five Beep SRL. In 2014, they joined Amazon Development Center Romania as a Catalog Associate, where they were responsible for setting up and updating product information on the Amazon catalog. Mihaela also collaborated with vendors and other departments to ensure the accuracy of product data. In 2016, they joined IntelligentBee as a Sendgrid Technical Support Engineer. Mihaela provided expert-level troubleshooting to high volume clients, built scripts to aid integration, and analyzed deliverability reports. Mihaela also served as a Team Leader at IntelligentBee, overseeing the technical support team.
Mihaela Tirdea completed their Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Communication Sciences from Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași in 2014. Prior to that, they attended National College "Roman Voda" and obtained their High School diploma in Philology in 2011.
In addition to their formal education, Mihaela has also obtained several certifications.
