Jim Allen has a diverse work experience, starting in 1997 as a Customer Service Representative at Underwriters Laboratories. Jim then worked as a Customer Service Representative/Sales at Triple Threat Sports from 2001 to 2003. After that, they joined Brentano Inc as an Office Manager, where they supervised a team of 8 employees and handled various responsibilities including human resources, database maintenance, and customer service. In 2006, they joined Intelligentsia Coffee Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for overall growth and development of the assigned sales region and accounts. Jim later became an Assistant Director of Account Executives, managing a team of 6 Account Executives in Chicago, L.A., and New York. Jim also had a role as a Song Writer at Jim Allen Music starting in 2000.
Jim Allen attended Northeastern Illinois University from 1995 to 1998 but did not complete a degree or major in a specific field of study during that time. Jim also studied music at Northeastern Illinois University and pursued music studies at St. Patrick High School. Additionally, Jim attended Wilbur Wright Community College, where they focused on music and business studies.
