Lien Resolution Specialist- Cpl1 *internal Only*

Role Summary

As a Lien Resolution Specialist -CPL1, you are responsible for representing our client’s financial interests and negotiating a recovery across an assigned portfolio of cases at an increasingly higher level, both monetarily and strategically.  To be considered for this role, you must have first demonstrated both an aptitude for and a positive attitude in the workplace.  In addition, you must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a “Meets Expectations” or higher rating on your most recent quarterly review
• You cannot be the subject of any disciplinary action within the last 6 months.

The role of Lien Resolution Specialist-CPL1 requires you to be highly organized and strategic, have persuasive communication skills, possess a natural ability to solve problems with critical thinking, be self-motivated, and have a quick work pace coupled with a strong mental focus.  

You will be representing the top companies in the country and your hard work will help them to combat the growing costs of healthcare that employees and employers are faced with year-over-year.  You don’t have to have the “know-how” of all areas of insurance, you just need to know how to get the answers!  

  

This role is an on-site position at 6075 Poplar Ave Memphis, TN 38119

• Manage and oversee a large portfolio of reimbursement cases
• Own and direct the strategy on each individual recovery case to expedite case completion and resolve case favorably for our clients
• Dig deeply into case data and perform medical claims reconciliation to identify accurate recoverable total
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of case status information for client reporting
• Recognize and understand opportunities and needs across a large portfolio of cases
• Understand case actions and their impact on clients' financial recovery
• Ask questions and test assumptions made in the handoff of information
• Build strong communication and trust with other parties on each case
• Negotiate a favorable resolution and settlement for our client’s financial lien

• Previous professional work experience;
