Scott Tatum

Scott Tatum is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technology and communications sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development for Government Solutions at Intelsat since December 2018, Scott has previously held positions as Director of Complex Solutions at CopaSAT and as Sr. Satellite Engineer at TeleCommunication Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included commercial Ku satellite capacity management. Additional experience includes roles as Program Manager/Field Support Manager at Harris CapRock Communications and Field Support Engineer at Rockwell Collins, providing customer support for West Coast Operations. Scott's early career included technical instruction at DataPath, Inc., and service as a Sergeant in the USMC, where expertise in communications electronics and aircraft operations was developed. Academically, Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Grantham, an Associate of Science in Telecommunications from Associated Technical College, and attended Baylor University.
