Yuan Fracyon

Yuan (Crystal) Fracyon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment strategy, business development, and pricing management. As a Senior Manager at Intelsat since January 2005, Yuan has led corporate development initiatives, optimized capital expenditure plans, and created long-range business forecasts across multiple business units. Previously, as Director of Business Development at WorldSpace Corp., Yuan established a market entry strategy for the Chinese content distribution market and facilitated the company’s IPO by delivering comprehensive investment packages. Yuan’s earlier role as a Consultant at Deloitte involved securing significant funding for major projects through successful proposal development. Yuan holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Georgetown University and a BA in International Business from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
