Julia Grafton

Julia Grafton is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the People and Culture Business Partner at IntelyCare since September 2024. Previously, Julia held the position of Director, People Business Partner at Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc. from October 2020 to May 2025, where responsibilities included managing employee relations and partnering with business leaders on various initiatives. Julia also served as the Head of Employee Relations, where a center of excellence was built, and guides for performance management were created. Prior roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Clean Harbors, where support was provided across multiple states, and Eataly, where Julia managed the recruiting and onboarding of 600 employees for a new location. Julia began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Shepley Bulfinch and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Oloroso. Julia holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education from Cambridge College and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Delaware.
