Romana Mnatsakanian

Romana Mnatsakanian has a work history that begins in 2010 with ELEKS, where they held the position of Corporate Trainer, Psychotherapist, Facilitator, and Coach until 2019. In 2019, they joined Intent Solutions Group (ISG) as the Head of L&D. Romana continued working with ISG in 2020 as a Delivery Lead.

Romana Mnatsakanian's education history includes attending the International Coaching School Maximum, where they studied Life and Business Coaching. Romana also studied Law and English philology at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Additionally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR from the Moscow City Business School.
