Henry Mooney

Henry Mooney is a highly accomplished economist with extensive experience in international finance and economic policy. Currently serving as Principal Economist and Senior Advisor at the Inter-American Development Bank since 2017, Henry also contributes as a member of the Climate Response Task Force and the Working Group on Financial Inclusion at the Atlantic Council and sits on the Steering Committee for the Fiscal Research Center at The University of the West Indies. Past positions include roles at the International Monetary Fund, Morgan Stanley, The World Bank, and Global Affairs Canada, encompassing areas such as sovereign debt management, economic forecasting, and public finance.
