Reinaldo Fioravanti

Reinaldo Fioravanti, PhD, serves as the Group Head - Principal Specialist in Infrastructure & Transportation at the Inter-American Development Bank since October 2009, where responsibilities include leading a team of over 10 specialists and engaging in policy advisory and sector dialogues focused on infrastructure finance, particularly in electromobility, logistics, and infratech. With extensive experience in transport and logistics, Reinaldo has held multiple senior positions, including Senior Sector Specialist and Lead Sector Specialist, managing significant investment loans exceeding US$ 3 billion across more than 10 countries. In addition, Reinaldo's involvement with various organizations includes serving as a board member at Movernos Seguros and Infra2038, being a co-founder of Redetruck, and participating as a Mason Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School. Reinaldo holds a PhD in Civil Engineering and various advanced degrees, including an MPA from Harvard and an MBA in Finance.
