Abena Anim-Somuah is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in culinary, media, and community engagement. Currently serving as a member of the Judge Committee for the International Association of Culinary Professionals and as the host of the podcast "The Future of Food is You" at Cherry Bombe, Abena also founded The Eden Place in 2022. As a fellow at Interact and a long-standing member of The Council, Abena actively engages in community initiatives. Previously, Abena contributed as a mentee at First Round Fast Track and as a writer for All Raise, focusing on profiling women and non-binary founders in the eCommerce sector. Abena's earlier roles include business development at Ada Inc, where significant sales contributions were made, customer solutions at Clever Inc, and program development at Practice Makes Perfect. Abena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from The King's College and an International Baccalaureate diploma from Cameron Heights Collegiate Institute.
