Matt Malek

Matt is an energetic leader with dynamic strategic, financial and operational skills and experience who has led all aspects of business transformation while collaborating with other business leaders to better define vision and direction. Matt has led teams both domestically and internationally. Most recently Matt served as the COO/CFO of GenVault/DocuVault, but started his career over 25 years ago in Accounting at Arthur Andersen. Matt has a passion for software and tech, where he has spent half of his career. Matt has held leadership positions in finance, operations and sales at large and small enterprises across multiple industries, which gives him a unique perspective on finance and operations. He is experienced in transforming key business areas, raising capital, developing strategy and effectively collaborating with leaders to execute strategy.

Matt is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University where he played baseball for the Hawks.
