Alen Yen is the President and Creative Director at IFACTORY and SVP at RDW Group. Alen is also the President of the Board of Trustees at Glen Urquhart School and the Managing Partner at Diventi LLC. Alen is the Founder of incubot productions and ToyboxDX.com. With a background in design and education, Alen has held positions such as Lead Visual Designer at Qualia Inc. and Designer at Papyrus Design Group. Alen holds a BFA in Industrial Design and Metalsmithing from the University of Michigan, a MA in Education from Rhode Island School of Design, and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Additionally, Alen is a UESCA Certified Running Coach from the United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy.
