Leandro Labarque Picoy

Leandro Labarque Picoy is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodology and frameworks such as SCRUM and Kanban. Currently working at Interbanking since March 2022, Leandro facilitates development teams and Product Owners to ensure Sprint/Release commitments are met. Prior experience includes roles at IBM and NTT DATA Europe & LATAM, where Leandro provided guidance to various teams in Agile practices and trained future Scrum Masters and Product Owners. Additionally, Leandro has extensive experience as a Functional Business Analyst across several companies, including ASE Obra Social and Accenture, focusing on incident management and functional documentation. Leandro holds a Technical Degree in Software from ISTIC, a QA Tester certification from EducacionIT, and is pursuing studies at the University of Buenos Aires.
