Sandra Lopez

Sandra Lopez has extensive experience in the financial services and remittance industry, currently serving as the Manager of Inside Sales & Agent Support at InterCambio Express, Inc. since May 2019. In this role, Sandra oversees the commercial development department and agent assistance. Previously, Sandra held the position of Manager of Commercial Development Plan for Guatemala, where responsibilities included tailored client management and building relationships with banks and financial institutions. Before joining InterCambio, Sandra worked as the Manager of Service and Development at Intermex Wire Transfer, focusing on agency growth in Guatemala and the USA, and handled marketing efforts. Earlier roles include Manager of Network at Western Union, monitoring agent activity and growth, and Head of Family Remittances at Grupo Financiero Banrural, where Sandra managed remittance projections and agency performance metrics. Sandra holds a degree from Universidad Galileo, obtained between 2006 and 2012.
