Allie Sofia

Allie (Collins) Sofia is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Intercom since May 2021, Allie previously held the role of Recruiting Lead at CloudKitchens from November 2019 to May 2021, where a foundational experience as a Recruiter was also gained. Prior to that, Allie accumulated valuable skills in account management during tenure at Amusement Park and Houzz, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and coordinating accounts. Allie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric with a concentration in Public Discourse and a minor in Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, attained in 2014.
