Aron Schwartz is the Manager of Customer Success at Intercom since December 2017. As a Founding member of the Customer Success team, Aron oversees Intercom's Customer Success teams in various regions. Prior to their current role, Aron held positions such as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at Kiip. Aron also worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at WorkSafeBC and as a Business Process Analyst at the Provincial Health Services Authority. Aron holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Technology Management from The University of British Columbia.
