Eddie Parkansky is currently the Director of Sales Strategy and Planning at Intercom, a position held since July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Sales Operations and Strategy Lead at Amazon Web Services from February 2021 to June 2022, and as Head of Sales Operations at SendBird from November 2018 to February 2021. Eddie has also held roles at Scoop Technologies, Inc., Innovid, Discount Bank, and the Manufacturers’ Association of Israel, focused on sales operations, finance, and economic research. Eddie holds a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University and an MA in Law from Bar-Ilan University.
