Sharad Sharma has extensive work experience in the finance and consulting sector. sharad started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers India in 2003 as a Consultant, where they handled various tasks such as GAAP conversion, financial reporting advisory, and merger & acquisition accounting for clients in different sectors. sharad also assisted in AIM listing process and regulatory reporting for Power Genco and Oil & Gas companies. In 2011, they joined Intercontinental Consultants & Technocrats Pvt Ltd as Vice President, and later took on the role of Group CFO in 2016.
Sharad Sharma cleared the uniform examination conducted by the Amercian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Colorado State Accountancy Board in 2006, focusing on finance, taxation, and laws. From 1999 to 2002, they pursued Chartered Accountancy at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, specializing in finance, taxation, and accounting. Sharad Sharma obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Hansraj College, University of Delhi, between 1995 and 1998, with a field of study in commerce.
