Matt Hart is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prestigious hospitality establishments. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at InterContinental Sydney and Portfolio Executive Chef for Mulpha Hotels since December 2021, Matt previously held the position of Executive Chef at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, where culinary operations for prominent events were managed from December 2016 to December 2021.
