Mandy Hicks

Mandy Hicks is an experienced professional with a strong background in product development and management. Currently serving as the Lean Samples Distribution Manager and Lean Product & Process Development Lead at Interface since April 2019, Mandy promotes sustainability and enhances product value through the identification of value-added activities. Prior experience at Walmart from September 2002 to April 2018 includes roles such as Co Manager, Assistant Manager, and Department Manager, where Mandy focused on resource planning, team development, and decision-making based on sound criteria. Mandy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of West Georgia, earned in 2009.
