Brad Hughes

Brad Hughes is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management across various sectors, including affordable housing, healthcare, and retail. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Interim, Inc., since January 2024, Brad leads the finance department in ensuring robust financial operations and compliance. Previously, Brad held roles at Kaiser Permanente as Associate Controller and Finance Director, where responsibilities included overseeing the monthly accounting close process and managing finance policies for the Northern California Region. At Walmart, Brad directed international strategic initiatives and led cross-functional teams in global business transformation programs. Early career experiences include project management and financial modeling at Tarragon and Jones Lang LaSalle, as well as significant advisory roles at Ernst & Young. Brad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from UCLA, an MBA and MS in Real Estate from the University of Washington, and is pursuing certificates in Non-Profit Management and Non-Profit Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and Cornell University, respectively.
