Kelsey Winchester is an experienced Executive Assistant currently serving at Interior Concepts, Inc. since January 2023. An accomplished athlete, Kelsey was a member of the Women’s Lacrosse Team at Penn State University, where Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in History.
