Arthur Bernard

Arthur Bernard is an attorney at the government relations firm Travaglini, Scorzoni, Kiley, LLC in Boston, Massachusetts. Arthur provides strategic advice to clients on state and local government policy matters; represents clients before the State Legislature, the Executive Agencies of state and municipal governments. Arthur has over twenty years of experience in state government having served in senior legal, policy and strategic advisor positions including: Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to the Governor of Massachusetts; Chief of Staff to the Massachusetts State Senate President; Vice Chancellor for Government Relations and Public Affairs for the University of Massachusetts Boston; General Counsel for the University of Massachusetts Building Authority and Associate Counsel for the University of Massachusetts. Arthur received his B.A. in Government from Suffolk University and his J.D. from Boston College Law School.
