Nicholas Ambroz currently serves as the Restaurant Manager at Interlachen Country Club since February 2024, bringing a strong background in food and beverage management. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Dining Room Manager at Lafayette Club from April 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included enhancing member experiences through staff training and wine management, as well as social media content creation. Prior roles include Food & Beverage Supervisor at Grand View Lodge and Executive Assistant at RE/MAX Lakes Realty, among others. Nicholas holds a Master’s Degree in Arts & Cultural Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and has extensive experience in event coordination, guest services, and team leadership across various industries.
