Hayley Mercéus-Collins

Hayley Mercéus-Collins is an experienced professional in arts education and program management. Currently serving as Program Manager at Interlochen Center for the Arts since July 2022, Hayley oversees private lesson programming and manages key interactions with students and families while supporting the online division. Previously, as Director of Programs and Development at Opus 118 Harlem School of Music from August 2014 to July 2022, Hayley directed in-school and after-school music programs while leading fundraising initiatives. Hayley also held various roles at Westminster Conservatory and McCarter Theatre, gaining expertise in administrative support, scheduling, and event organization. Hayley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts in Music with a minor in Political Science from Rider University.
