Erin Hobson

Erin Baybutt (Hobson), CMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event management and education within the association industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Education & Events at the Concrete Masonry & Hardscapes Association since February 2023, Erin leads the development and execution of educational programs and events. Previously, Erin held the position of Director of Meetings and Events at ICPI-NCMA, overseeing a variety of significant meetings and trade shows. Erin's career includes roles such as Manager of Meetings & Trade Shows at the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute, Finance Manager and Sales Consultant at Ourisman Chantilly KIA, and various event and sales management positions in the hospitality sector. Erin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality and Tourism Management from James Madison University.
