Rick Boutilier has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Rick started their career as a Tax Accountant at The Signal Companies, where they worked from 1982 to 1985. Rick then moved on to PwC (Coopers & Lybrand Consulting) as a Tax Senior in 1985. In 1986, they joined The Pullman Company as a Tax Manager and stayed there until 1989. From 1989 to 2001, they worked at Evonik Degussa (DMC2 Corporation) as EVP, General Manager, and Chief Financial Officer. In 2002, they joined American Meter Company (now known as Honeywell) as VP, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Board Director until 2003. Since 2004, they have been associated with Intermatic, starting as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer and then progressing to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Finally, they have been serving as President & CEO and Chairman of the Board since 2010.
Rick Boutilier obtained a Master's degree in Taxation from Bentley University from 1983 to 1986. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Northeastern University between 1979 and 1982. Additionally, they attended the University of New Hampshire in 1977 and 1978, although the degree and field of study are unspecified.
