Victor Apiafi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in offshore project management and hydrographic surveying. Currently serving as Party Chief/Offshore Manager at UTEC since February 2023, Victor previously held similar roles at Fugro from February 2014 to February 2023, where responsibilities included project management, adherence to QHSE standards, and personnel mentoring. Victor’s background encompasses positions such as Project Manager and Hydrographic Surveyor, with expertise in project setup, budgeting, and logistics management, complemented by involvement in UXO/EOD clearance surveys and subsea positioning projects in Angola. Victor's academic achievements include a Doctor of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Hydrography, and a Bachelor of Science in Marine and Composite Technology from the University of Plymouth, along with a National Diploma in Marine Engineering from the Maritime Academy of Nigeria.
