Brandy Siniscal

Brandy Siniscal serves as the Director of Care Coordination at Intermountain Health since February 2023, optimizing the care coordination department for 133 primary care practices. Prior to this role, Brandy held the position of Director of Care Coordination at Castell, a subsidiary of Intermountain Health, from November 2020 until its integration in January 2025. Brandy’s extensive experience includes roles at Intermountain Healthcare, such as Operations Transformation Consultant and Clinical Project Manager, focusing on Pulmonology and Endocrinology. Additionally, Brandy was recognized for excellence as Practice Director, managing ambulatory care operations and fostering strong relationships among caregivers and providers. Early career experience includes serving as a Registered Nurse at both Intermountain Healthcare and Stanford Health Care, where Brandy developed programs and strategies to enhance patient care delivery in pediatric settings. Brandy holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Petersburg College.
