Oliver Johnston

Oliver Johnston serves as the Executive Director of Network Operations at Intermountain Health since January 2025, following a tenure at Castell where responsibilities included roles as Executive Director, Network Operations, and Director of Value-based Incentives & Physician Contracting. Prior experience includes various positions at Intermountain Healthcare, notably as Population Health Manager, and roles in business development and operations at Play Unplugged and Charity Vision, respectively. Johnston's career began in financial and behavioral analysis roles, including impactful budgeting work for a major hospital and managing research at the BYU Emotional and Developmental Lab. Johnston holds an MBA from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business and a B.S. in Accountancy from the same institution, alongside public health education from the University of Minnesota.
