Rosa Wong has a diverse range of work experience spanning several decades. Rosa began their career as an Associate at The Chase Manhattan Bank in 1985 and subsequently worked their way up to become a Director at Chase Manhattan Asia Limited in 1986. In 1992, they joined Carr Indosuez Asia S.A. as a Director before moving on to UBS in 1995 as a Managing Director. Rosa then worked at Citigroup as a Vice President from 2002 to 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the CIO at Benchmark Group Pte Ltd. Following that, they became a Partner at PHAROS INSTITUTE from 2013 to 2015. Rosa also worked as a Financial Advisor at North Atlantic Seafood in 2013 and as the Executive Director of the Singapore HUB and Practice Leader for the Family Business Office Practice at Internal Consulting Group (Global) from 2015 onwards. Throughout their career, Rosa has gained extensive experience in finance, consulting, and leadership roles.

Rosa Wong obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, French and Spanish Literatures from the University of Pennsylvania between 1977 and 1981. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in International Finance from NYU Stern School of Business from 1983 to 1985.
