Nel Mostert is a seasoned professional facilitator and trainer with over a decade of experience in creativity, innovation management, and project management. Currently serving as a professional facilitator and trainer at MCCIM since October 2010, Nel's passion lies in guiding teams to achieve optimal results in workshops. Additionally, Nel has been a professional trainer and facilitator at the Facilitation Academy since January 2017, providing feedback and support to aspiring facilitators. As a senior facilitator at Rijkswaterstaat LEF Future Center, Nel excels in organizing workshops that foster creativity and team building. Further contributions include serving as an assessor for the Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) title with the International Association of Facilitators since August 2006, and a solid foundation in innovation processes gained during nearly 12 years at Unilever. Nel holds a Master of Business Administration from Open Universiteit and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
