Trevor Mitchell

Trevor S. Mitchell, MBA, FASAE, CAE, CDP, is an accomplished executive in the association management field, currently serving as President and CEO of the International Association of Venue Managers since July 2024. Prior to this role, Trevor held the position of Executive Director/CEO at American Mensa from May 2015 to July 2024, where leadership was provided towards achieving the organization’s strategic objectives. Trevor also served as Senior Director of Membership & Strategy at American Mensa, overseeing membership functions and communication strategies. At ARMA International, Trevor worked from August 2006 to May 2015 in various roles, ultimately as Executive Director of Membership & Technology, focusing on membership growth and organizational development. Earlier experience includes a position as Marketing Director at Project Construct National Center. Trevor holds an MBA from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a degree in Business, Marketing & Management from Columbia College.
