Evelina Hedman has over nine years of experience in communications and project management, currently serving as the Communications & Marketing Manager at the International Astronautical Federation since November 2014. Throughout this tenure, Evelina has held multiple roles including Creative Services & Project Manager, Project Manager, and Project Assistant. Prior to this, Evelina gained experience as an External Communication Trainee at Alstom Power for a brief period in 2014. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in International Business and Economics from Linköping University, completed in 2014, alongside studies at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 2012 to 2013.

The Federation is the world’s leading space advocacy body with over 513 members, including space agencies and offices, industry, professional societies, associations, universities, museums and R&D organisations across 77 countries. More than 30 technical committees and 17 administrative committees support the Federation in its mission to advance knowledge about space, and to foster the development of space assets by facilitating global cooperation.
