Advocate Bhupendra Khanal has extensive experience in the field of transitional justice, currently serving as a Program Associate at the International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ) since September 2012. Prior to this role, Bhupendra was the Thematic Coordinator of the Transitional Justice Program at Advocacy Forum-Nepal from May 2010 to August 2012, where responsibilities included coordination with victim groups, government officials, and human rights NGOs to raise awareness about transitional justice and victims' rights. Bhupendra completed education at Shree Shanti Nikunj Ma. Vi. Pithaui in Nawalparasi from 1979 to 1989.
