Emna Sammari is an experienced legal professional specializing in human rights and gender issues, currently serving as a Human Rights and Gender Consultant at a law firm since April 2021. With a strong background in transitional justice, Sammari also acts as a Justice for Children Expert at the Bureau international des droits des enfants and has held various consulting roles at PNUD Tunisie since July 2017. Sammari operates a dual role as a Lawyer and HR Consultant at Sammari & Sammari Law firm, while contributing as a Program Associate at the International Center for Transitional Justice since June 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Common Law from the Faculté des Sciences Juridiques, Politiques et Sociales de Tunis and a Lawyer's Certificate from the Bar School of Tunisia.
