Julie Guillerot has an extensive background in human rights and transitional justice, serving as an Associate Consultant for the International Center for Transitional Justice since 2002, where responsibilities included oversight of the Morocco program from 2009 to 2011. Julie has been involved with the Asociación Pro Derecho Humanos (APRODEH) since 2000, holding various roles, including a position on the Executive Committee. In 2003, Julie contributed to the Peruvian Truth and Reconciliation Commission as a member of the technical group on reparations, aiding in the development of the Integral Reparations Plan. Julie holds a Diploma in Human Rights and Democratization from the Universidad de Chile and a Master's degree in Human Rights from Université Paris X Nanterre.
