Mateo Porciúncula is a seasoned professional in development evaluation and management with extensive experience in various roles, including serving as a Member of the Scientific Advisory Board at the Institute of Development Policy - University of Antwerp since July 2022 and as a Senior Design Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the International Center for Transitional Justice since April 2017. With a background as a freelance Development Evaluation and Management Consultant from September 2015 to April 2017, Mateo has also held positions in South South Cooperation project management and teaching at CLAEH. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Development Economics from the University of Antwerp and a BA in Political Science from Universidad de la República.
